A global public safety technology company needed to reimagine its web experience to support customers who struggled to navigate a complex product ecosystem, compare solutions, and move confidently from exploration to purchase.
I led a heuristic analysis of the entire current-state web experience, translated key risks into a future-state web vision, and facilitated an alignment workshop with the companies executive suite. By synthesizing fragmented journeys into four opportunity areas- discovery, wayfinding, decision-making, and scalable processes- we developed a cohesive experience framework and prioritized design concepts that aligned brand storytelling, product clarity, and conversion at scale.
